Dorothy Bush Koch, daughter of former President George H.W. Bush and former first lady Barbara Bush, was at the White House for the unveiling of a new stamp featuring her mother. The former president's daughter said the stamp captured perfectly her mother's poise and dignity. First lady Melania Trump was also in attendance and gave remarks highlighting Barbara Bush's contributions as first lady such as changing the dialogue on HIV/AIDS and advocating for gay rights.
