This is the tear-jerking moment a doting daughter hears her late mom's voice through a teddy bear gift from her son. Bernadette Weekes, 55, from Atlanta, Georgia, was her mom Margaret's primary caretaker - sharing the last moments with her and taking the loss hard. Margaret, the mother of 11 children, grandmother to 17 and great-grandmother to 11, lost her life on May 30 2018. One of Margaret's most common phrases was 'I love you' which she would tell everyone and even say it to complete strangers. In an effort to try and give his mom a lift, Patrick Harris decided to get her a one-of-a-kind gift. And after finding an old video of his grandmother saying her three favorite words, he got the idea to add it to a teddy bear so Bernadette could feel like her mom was always close by. In the heartwarming video, Patrick surprises his mom with the gift, and at first, she laughs it off as just any other teddy. But as she reads the bear's name - Mother Love - and Patrick instructs her to squeeze it, she suddenly hears Margaret saying 'I love you' and lets out a joyous scream before breaking into tears.
