"Top Chef" alum Shirley Chung, who owns a Chinese restaurant called Ms. Chi Cafe with her husband Jimmy Lee, has publicly announced that shes battling stage four tongue cancer, a type of oral cancer that is also referred to as a head and neck cancer.
