With tears running down his face, Brian Dowling (18) is taken in cuffs from 81st Precinct station house in Brooklyn and charged for the murder of 32 year old Ryan Carson. Dowling was arrested around 11AM this morning at 1070 Lafayette avenue, just down the block from where Ryan Carson, 32, was knifed to death early Monday. NOTE: Unclear if Dowling goes to Brooklyn Central Booking for his arraignment of to a hospital for psychiatric evaluation.
