Boxes of patient records, staff notes and sensitive files have been left unsecured in an abandoned North Norfolk nursing home. Pine Heath nursing home in High Kelling, closed suddenly in May 2017 after it was placed in special measures after being rated inadequate in a damning report by the CQC.
