Rep. Nicole Malliotakis (R-NY) said Tuesday at a press conference in Washington, DC, that communism, like that in Cuba, is spreading throughout the Western Hemisphere. She asked President Joe Biden if he stands with the dictators of the world or with the freedom loving American and Cuban people.
