Boris Johnson: Syria chemical attack offers Russia a 'choice'

Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson said a chemical attack in Syria offered Russia "a big strategic choice" on whether to remain an ally of Syrian President Bashar Assad or "be part of a solution".
