[High Stakes] was the first-prize high school east division winner in C-SPAN Classroom's StudentCam documentary contest. Evelyn Shue and Ida Chen, sophomores at Richard Montgomery High School (Rockville, Maryland) and Winston Churchill High School (Potomac, Maryland) produced this video on the 2021 theme "Explore the Issue You Most Want the President and New Congress to Address in 2021." The local cable provider was Comcast. C-SPAN Classroom's StudentCam video documentary contest is an annual national competition in which middle and high school students produce a documentary on a specific theme.
