We begin with a tragic story out of south Houston. A 3-month-old baby has died after being left in a hot car. Police tell FOX 26 the mother was visiting an outpatient clinic at the time and she found the baby in the car as she was leaving. FOX 26's Sherman Desselle reports with more info from police.
