Michael McFaul: Ukraine No-Fly Zone 'Wrong Move' -- Means U.S. Is in War with Russia

Former U.S. Ambassador to Russia for the Obama administration Mike McFaul said Monday on MSNBC’s "Katy Tur Reports" that he does not support a NATO enforced a no-fly zone over Ukraine because it would mean the United States going to war with Russia.
