It’s a good time to be a horror fan, with plenty of new additions coming to both theaters and streaming services. One of the most highly anticipated upcoming movies is David Gordon Green’s "Halloween Kills," which was delayed a full year as a result of the pandemic. That’ll be followed up by "Halloween Ends," and the director recently explained why the threequel will be so different. 2018’s "Halloween" movie was a massive success, bringing back the iconic Jamie Lee Curtis to her signature role: Laurie Strode. Two sequels were quickly ordered, although it sounds like they’ll be very different projects. "Halloween Kills" is about mob violence, but producer Malek Akkad recently teased that the final installment will be “way more contained” of a story.
