Daughter of ‘Charleston Nine’ Shooting Victim Calls Death Sentence ‘Traumatizing’

The daughter of one of the shooting victims in Mother Emanuel AME Church tragedy on June 17, 2015, is speaking out against the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit’s decision to uphold Dylann Roof’s death sentence citing “the death penalty really traumatizes the family members” Reverend Sharon Risher said referring to the elongated appeals process likely to come.
