Thomas McClary, founder of The Commodores, is now in his 70s and playing in The Villages, Florida at Growing Bolder’s “Launchpad to What’s Next! Live,” McClary showed audiences he can still shred what has been called “one of the greatest guitar solos of all time.” And McClary shared some stories as well, about how he discovered Lionel Richie, the triumphs and tribulations the band faced over the years, and what he's learned about pursuing your dreams in your later years.
