Venezuelan dictator Nicolas Maduro and first lady Cilia Flores made their first appearance in a US federal court Monday. The fallen leader, 66, and his 69-year-old wife were charged with narco-terrorism conspiracy, cocaine importation conspiracy, possession of machine guns and destructive devices, and conspiracy to possess machine guns and destructive devices against the United States in the Southern District of New York on Saturday. They pleaded not guilty to the charges.
