A millionaire fashion mogul has gone to war with his neighbors over the noise coming from their popular beachfront dog hotel. Kamran Razavi, the mastermind behind the luxury goods website REKLAIM, claimed in an explosive lawsuit that life at his $16 million mansion has been ruined by The Malibu Dog Hotel. He argued the site was causing “irreparable harm” to the neighborhood, which also includes the singer Cher among its residents.
