NY Governor wants to charge $9 toll for driving into parts of NYC

New York Governor Kathy Hochul, a Democrat, wants to charge drivers $9 for coming into large parts of Manhattan starting in January. Hochul paused the congestion pricing plan that would have called for $15 charges.
