IG Michael Horowitz: I Didn't Entirely Rule Out Partisan Bias in FBI Report

Department of Justice (DOJ) Inspector General (IG) told the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee on Wednesday that he had not, in fact, concluded that political bias played no role in the FBI's surveillance of Trump campaign associates. Rather, he found that there was no documentary or testimonial evidence of bias in the decision to start that investigation. (Both Attorney General William Barr and U.S. Attorney John Durham have stated publicly that they disagree with the latter conclusion.)
