Control over Strait of Hormuz might require U.S. boots on the ground, says retired army general

During a CNBC segment retired U.S. Army Major-General Mark MacCarley voiced his concern over the Strait of Hormuz, which is currently being held hostage by Iran. MacCarley said 'economic devastation' is Iran's greatest weapon and by cutting off the strait the country could ruin or degrade economies all around the world.
