Whoopi Goldberg told her co-hosts Thursday on ABC's "The View" that Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) is "ignorant as hell" for saying electing Georgia Republican Senate nominee Herschel Walker would change the narrative that Republicans are racist.
