A brewing turf war between crypto regulators and the financial middlemen they focus on is hindering the creation of a regulatory infrastructure for crypto. But a bigger problem, Nyca Partners General Counsel Tom Brown told PYMNTS’ Karen Webster, is that neither regulators nor big finance are prepared for a world in which funds move instantly and the dollar’s importance is fading.
