Former National Security Council Director for European Affairs U.S. Army Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman said Thursday on MSNBC's "Deadline" that former President Donald Trump has "spiraled down" mentally and therefore is not a viable candidate for the Republican presidential nomination in 2024.
