This compilation video was assembled by lawyer Todd J. Hollis, who represents the family of Jim Rogers. The release of the footage from Pittsburgh police body and dashboard cameras marks the first time the public has been able to see Rogers' interaction with officers on Oct. 13, 2021. Rogers was shocked with a Taser numerous times and died the next day. His family settled a wrongful death case against the City of Pittsburgh for $8 million.
