CBP Head: Fifty Percent of Border Patrol’s Time Not Spent on Border Security

On Wednesday at Sen. Lindsey Graham’s border crisis press conference, John Sanders, Customs and Border Protection's acting commissioner, told reporters that a large amount border agents' time is taken up by having to care for minors and families.
