Towed car swings wildly across Houston freeway: ‘what are you doing, stupid?’

Shocking footage, shared to X by @StormChaserHTX, shows an SUV on the North Loop freeway in Houston improperly towing a sedan at high speeds on May 12, causing it to swerve wildly through traffic. David Chairez, who recorded the chaotic scene, can be heard exclaiming “what are you doing, stupid?”
