Aroor: A case with non-bailable sections has been charged against Shanimol Usman, the UDF candidate in Aroor, for allegedly obstructing road construction on a complaint filed by the PWD. Minister G Sudhakaran said that he instructed his department not to proceed any further during the poll time.
