According to a recent survey, nearly three-quarters of business leaders find Gen-Z employees, “difficult to work with”. The study revealed that 49% of respondents found it hard to work with Gen-Z workers all or most of the time. 20% of managers admitted to having to fire Gen-Z employees after a week. After a month, this figure rose to 27%. The generation that came closest to Gen-Z's unpopularity was Baby Boomers, with 4% of respondents preferring to work with them. Chief Career Advisor Stacie Haller noted that remote education and work have hindered Gen-Z's communication skills development.
