<p>Military vehicles were transported through the streets of Washington on the evening of July 2 ahead of Fourth of July celebrations.</p><p>The military told Washington residents not to panic if they saw armored personnel carriers rolling through the city as they were being transported in preparation for US President Donald Trump’s “Salute to America” event during Fourth of July festivities, <a href="https://www.wusa9.com/article/news/local/dc/dont-panic-army-warns-dc-residents-armored-vehicles-rolls-through-neighborhoods/65-4d837aa6-ce00-469a-b610-b15db88b8bff" target="_blank">local media reported</a>.</p><p>This footage shows two armored vehicles being transported near Nationals Park.
