The Gravity star made a special appearance via video message at TODAY host Hoda Kotbs on-air 60th birthday bash, expressing to the TV personality and women everywhere that they should not be "afraid" to embrace the milestone. The message is particularly powerful because of Bullocks heartbreak after losing her partner Bryan Randall last August.
