Boris Johnson says Vladimir Putin’s bombing of civilians ‘qualifies as war crime’

Vladimir Putin’s bombing of civilians in Ukraine “fully qualifies as a war crime”, Boris Johnson has said. The prime minister told MPs that the Russian leader’s invasion of the country “must fail” as he condemned the Kremlin’s “abhorrent assault” on civilians.
