Theresa May expels Russian diplomats in response to nerve agent attack

In an oral statement to the House of Commons, Prime Minister Theresa May told MPs that Britain will expel 23 Russian diplomats in response to the nerve agent attack on ex-spy Sergei Skripal in Salisbury.
