Get Cognitive, Get Brain-centric Design

The Ebbinghaus 'forgetting curve' describes the decrease in ability of the brain to retain memory over time. Yet, Training, Learning & Development departments, teachers, and managers still use the 'present & memorize' style of presentation versus presenting information so the audience can think about it. The result? Over time, only 10% of what is presented is retained. Brain-centric Design (BcD) reverses the forgetting curve by presenting your material the way the brain accepts it, and how people love to learn. When people 'Get Cognitive' they think about your concept, how it relates to them, improves them, makes them more secure.
