Mr. October has some regrets about his infidelity. Reggie Jackson is the subject of a new documentary on Amazon’s Prime Video that debuts on Friday, and spoke with Howard Stern on SiriusXM about a wide range of topics on Wednesday. In one segment, Stern asked the former Yankees slugger if it was hard for him to open his heart to a woman. “It wasn’t hard for me to open my heart, but it was hard for me to be loyal,” Jackson said. “As a man, I cheated a lot.” Jackson made no rationalizations for his behavior. “I won’t blame it on any excuse,” he said. “I just cheated. I saw a pretty girl and I tried to sleep with her.” Stern pointed out that as a famous athlete, there were a lot of women available to Jackson. “I won’t blame it on that either. I won’t blame it on that. I had access and I took advantage of it, and I missed a couple of wonderful ladies in my life, and it was my fault.”
