Firefighters who responded to the deadly earthquakes in Venezuela were about to leave a collapsed home when they heard a bark from under the rubble. “With extreme care, our rescuers maneuvered to remove the rubble, providing the dog with water and ultimately bringing it to safety,” the fire department wrote on Instagram.
