New Delhi: The Congress party will not be a part of the Grand alliance in Uttar Pradesh, to be formed by anti-BJP parties ahead of the Lok Sabha election. The SP and the BSP have reached an agreement to contest on 37 seats each in the upcoming election. However, the SP-BSP alliance will not field any candidates in the two seats where Congress supremo Sonia Gandhi and INC President Rahul Gandhi will be contesting.
