Giant panda Bei Bei celebrates 4th birthday at National Zoo

The crowd at the National Zoo sings "Happy Birthday" to Bei Bei. The giant panda celebrated his 4th birthday Aug. 22, a bittersweet occasion, because he will soon be on his way to China under the terms of a breeding program.
