Security footage shows Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) take down warning signs and pull a fire alarm in the Cannon Office Building on Capitol Hill on September 30. Bowman, who pled guilty to a misdemeanor charge over the incident on Thursday, claimed he pulled the alarm ahead of a vote on a spending bill because he thought it would open the doors. However, the footage shows Bowman never turns back towards the doors after pulling the alarm and walking away.
