Two brothers working in the police; one successful in his work, and the other suffers from the accumulation of debts and constant failures. He loses his job and everyone abandons him including his brother. He decides to get rid of his problems by robbing the train transporting revenue of The New York subway system, but the operation fails and he turns to his brother for help.
