Neighbors, others raise concerns about ADA stalls after officers wrote $33K in tickets in 2 months

The city on Thursday said it would make changes to a group of ADA stalls as neighbors and visitors complained about tens of thousands of dollars-worth of parking tickets issued there in the first two months of the year.
