T'puram: Industries Minister EP Jayarajan said that the Alappad strike would come to an end if smuggling of black sand mining, being done done with the help of some locals, is stopped. He alleged that external forces are behind the strike. The Opposition leader said that he is not against the Alappad sand mining but urged to solve the concerns of the locals there.
