A Special constable has been dismissed after a hearing found he breached standards of professional behaviour. SC Ladislav Demeter, who volunteered as a Special Constable, was found to have breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour in respect of discreditable conduct, amounting to gross misconduct. The hearing at Cambridgeshire Constabulary Headquarters concluded on September 1 and Demeter was dismissed without notice.
