Rep. Colin Jack calls calls coal plants ‘giant air filters’

(Utah Legislature) Rep. Colin Jack, R-St. George, said coal power plants are like "giant air filters that make electricity," during floor debate of his bill, HB191, which adds new requirements for Rocky Mountain Power before it can close down one of its two massive coal-fired power plants in Emery County.
