Kochi: In a major development in the nun abuse case, Jalandhar bishop Franco Mulakkal is likely to move for an anticipatory bail plea in High Court. His lawyer Vijayabhanu said that discussions are in progress regarding the same. It is hinted that the bishop has submitted a plea seeking to quash FIR in the case along with anticipatory bail plea. Meanwhile, Adv. Vijayabhanu asserted that bishop had never refused to appear before the probe team on September 19.
