Days after India and the United States of America reprimanded Pakistan for not taking action against terrorism emanating from its territory, Delhi embarrassed Islamabad further by walking out of an international meeting. The latest diplomatic altercation between the two Asian neighbours occurred at a virtual meeting of national security advisors of member-states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation. Moeed Yusuf, Pakistan's representative, used an incorrect map of the country as his backdrop. The map had been released by Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan in August this year. It laid claim to Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, and parts of Gujarat. After raising objections against the map and pointing out to the host country - Russia - that the map violated SCO meeting norms, the Indian side, led by Ajit Doval, walked out of the meeting in protest. As per sources, Russia sympathised with India's stand and even tried to persuade Pakistan to not use the map. Watch the full video for more.
