Delmont neighborhood's decorating contest backs up borough traffic

The Monticello neighborhood's drive-thru house decorating contest to raise money for two local nonprofits was such a success that it backed up traffic for several hours on Saturday, Dec. 12, 2020, in Delmont, Westmoreland County.
