Authorities have formally charged 57-year-old Thomas Routt with two counts of 1st degree intentional homicide, among other charges, in connection to the fatal shooting of two people inside the Sports Page Barr in Elkhorn. He is expected to have is initial appearance in court on Friday, Feb. 16.
