Stream-bank stabilization closes trail near Trafford

Stream-bank stabilization work along Turtle Creek will close a section of the Westmoreland Heritage Trail between the Forbes Road Trailhead and roughly the 20-mile marker, near the large pedestrian bridge over the creek.
