Meet the 'extremely brave' women running makeshift relief centre for fleeing refugees in Ukraine - subtitled

A students' hostel has been converted into a relief center for displaced Ukrainians. Families from all over Ukraine arriving to Uzhhorod are put in such accommodations and provided all basic necessities. This center is under a woman commandant who has been working every single day without fail since the war started. The volunteers and staff here are almost all women with the exception of the security guard. While the men fight the war, it is Ukrainian women who have held the country together on the Humanitarian front. Ukrainian women have incredible strength beneath their beautiful and tender appearance. Here, I speak to Olga Pokoyna, a student from Donetsk Oblast, Ukraine who is staying in the hostel with her mother. An independent volunteer from Czech Republic, Judith Katerina Krulisova along with her sister, is also working tirelessly at this center to provide Humanitarian Aid to Ukrainians.
