After an illegal migrant from Venezuela was shot in the leg by federal officers in Minneapolis on January 14th, anti-ICE protesters began smashing windows, spraying graffiti, and damaging vehicles they believed belonged to ICE agents. Minneapolis Police reported that protesters were “engaging in unlawful behavior” and declared an unlawful assembly.
