Disturbing footage shows a cross-dressing “neighbor from hell” terrorizing a New York City apartment building where he’s been living rent-free for more than a year, threatening neighbors with weapons and masturbating in the hallway. The terror tenant was filmed through a horrified neighbor’s peephole in the E 214th St. building in the Williamsburg section of the Bronx banging on their door with a hatchet and yelling while wearing a dress. The man, identified by police as Anthony Orozco, 28, can be seen near the stairwell without pants and shoes on, touching himself inappropriately. Management has filed a non-payment case with housing court, but more than a year later, they are still waiting for the court to issue an eviction warrant.
