KSRTC has been taking new routes every now and then, to find the best way out from operating in loss. Many experts have analyzed the situation and officials made modifications accordingly yet the state's public transport has not found the safe zone of profit. The reasons that led to such a loss for KSRTC are umpteen; lack of employees co-operation, pension schemes and fare deduction, to name a few.
